Sales Admin Executive

Seven Sun is a Korean-owned international trading company based in Mont Kiara. We support Korean manufacturers by supplying products / services to power & renewable energy projects across Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

What You’ll Do

Prepare and organize quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
Support communication with Korea HQ, customers, and suppliers via email & WhatsApp.
Coordinate shipping schedules and basic documentation (templates provided).
Support daily operations and reporting for the Sales Director.
Assist with training and onboarding (manuals provided).

Qualifications

Experience in sales administration or operations support preferred but fresh graduates welcome.

Strong detail orientation, responsibility, and organization.

Proficient with Google Docs, Microsoft Excel, and email.

Korean language proficiency earns RM 1,000 monthly incentive.

Base salary RM 3,000–RM 5,000 + RM 1,000 Korean incentive.
