(JOB DESCRIPTION)
- Follow up and expand existing customer base in Semiconductor Business.
- Follow up and maintain existing relationship with customers.
- Acquire product knowledge via on job training with varies department
- Prepare technical presentation to new potential, and existing, customers.
- Record and maintain customers contact data.
- Analyze manufacturing costs and generate quotation to customers.
- Negotiate best terms and conditions to close sales order.
- Follow up on pro-active after-sales support services.
- Coordinate with operation team to complete sales projects within pre-defined schedule.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate sales projects.
- Manage customers' issue, resolve and recover within committed deadline.
- Prepare weekly sales report and monthly sales projection forecasts.
- Implement and improvise sales process flow to eliminate or minimize repeated occurrence situation.
(REQUIREMENTS)
Diploma, degree holder or equivalent may apply.Candidate with relevant Semiconductor experience may apply.Good command in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese.Proficient in Microsoft Office application.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay : RM3, RM6,000.00 per month
