About the role

This full-time Project / Site Manager position at MH Theme Design Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur provides an exciting opportunity to oversee the successful delivery of construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all on-site activities and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets
Coordinating and overseeing the work of subcontractors and tradesmen
Ensuring compliance with all relevant building regulations, health and safety guidelines, and quality standards
Monitoring and controlling project costs, identifying and resolving any issues that arise
Communicating regularly with clients, stakeholders, and the project team to provide updates and address any concerns
Identifying and mitigating risks to the successful delivery of the project
Maintaining accurate project documentation and records

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Project / Site Manager in the construction industry, with a track record of successfully delivering projects

Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations

Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects, and work to tight deadlines

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and the project team

Proficient in the use of project management software and other relevant technology

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
