Requirements :

SPM / Diploma in Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Mgmt or equivalent.
Fluent in English & BM.
Good leadership & decision-making skills.
Prior experience in beauty & wellness industry preferred.
Independent, confident & able to work shifts / weekends.

Package :

RM6,000 + Commission + Allowances

Prefer candidate with own accommodation. Short term hostel can be discussed.

EPF, SOCSO, EIS, medical, annual bonus, trips, uniforms, training, OT

2 weekdays off, shifts : 10am–7pm / 12pm–9pm

Our client, an award-winning spa brand, is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager / Area Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team across 4 branches, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities :

Manage spa operations, sales, staff scheduling & inventory.

Manage, train, and motivate all spa employees across 4 branches.

Lead, train & motivate a team of 10+ staff.

Ensure sales targets & customer satisfaction are achieved.

Handle customer feedback & resolve issues promptly.
