Job Description for LCA Researcher Position

Job Summary :

We are looking for a researcher specialised in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA). As a Researcher at

the Aerospace Malaysia Innovation Centre (AMIC), you will be at the forefront of pioneering

sustainable aviation projects, focusing on the quantification of environmental impacts of

sustainable aviation strategies, ensure compliance with international standards and take part in

the decision-making process of research and industry. You will collaborate with a

multidisciplinary team to drive our mission towards a more sustainable aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain LCA models to assess the environmental impacts of SAF

production pathways through feedstock cultivation, processing and pre-treatment,

transport and SAF use.

Qualifications :

Chemical Engineering Technology or equivalent

CORSIA compliance and ISO 14044.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data modelling and impact assessments.

Contract length : 12 months

Pay : RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
