Clinical Product Specialist

We are looking for a friendly and confident Product Specialist with a nursing and medical background to join our team at Taipan Technologies. In this role, you will help introduce and explain our wound care products to doctors, nurses, and hospitals. You don’t need a lot of experience – fresh graduates are welcome to apply! We will provide support and training to help you grow. Job Responsibilities

Clinical Demonstrations : Show how our products work during hospital or clinic visits. You’ll guide healthcare staff on how to use them properly. Support the Sales Team : Join product presentations, training sessions, and events such as CME (continuing medical education). You will help explain the clinical side of things. Build Relationships : Talk to nurses and doctors regularly to give support and answer their questions. You will help maintain good relationships with key hospitals and clinics. Present to Groups : Confidently speak in front of small or large groups of healthcare professionals. Don’t worry — we’ll train you to do this well! Collect Feedback : Listen to what users say about our products and share this information with our team to help us improve. Learn and Stay Updated : Read about the latest wound care practices and attend events when needed to stay informed. Requirements

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Experience in wound care or aesthetics is a bonus, but not required Good speaking and writing skills in English Able to speak confidently in front of others (or willing to learn!) Friendly, positive, and able to solve simple problems Responsible and able to follow up with tasks properly Travel Requirements
