Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a QS role, preferably in an interior design or construction firm.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QS tools; familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Independent, resourceful, and team-oriented.
Responsibilities
Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).Source, compare, and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.Handle contract administration, progress claims, and variation orders.Monitor project costs and report on budget vs. actual.Conduct site measurements and verify completed works.Assist in tender preparation and cost negotiations.Coordinate with project, design, and procurement teams to ensure smooth execution.Prepare and review final accounts and ensure timely closure.Benefits
