Requirements

  • Technical Skills : Proficient in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max) and AutoCAD, capable of independently producing 3D visualizations and 2D construction drawings.
  • Design Experience : At least 1 year of experience in commercial space design, chain store design, or related fields. Experience in F&B or retail space design is preferred.
  • Creativity : Strong aesthetic sense with the ability to develop innovative space design solutions that align with brand identity and market needs.
  • Execution Ability : Strong capability to implement design plans efficiently and address construction challenges.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate effectively with different departments and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Local Market Knowledge : Familiarity with Malaysia’s building regulations, renovation standards, and consumer preferences to incorporate local characteristics into designs.

Responsibilities

  • Store Space Design : Responsible for the overall interior design of Mixue stores, including 3D modeling and 2D construction drawings, ensuring compliance with brand identity and construction standards.
  • Localization Optimization : Adapt store visuals and spatial layout to fit the Malaysian market, enhancing local brand recognition.
  • Construction Drawing Adaptation : Adjust and refine store design plans based on store types and locations, ensuring aesthetic appeal, functionality, and compliance with local regulations and construction standards.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, operations, and other teams to ensure seamless execution of design plans while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Design Standards Improvement : Keep up with industry trends and continuously enhance Mixue’s store space design standards in Malaysia to improve customer experience.
