Job description

Responsibilities :

Lead the development and optimization of mobile and desktop games using Cocos Creator.
Collaborate closely with game designers and artists to deliver high-quality, engaging gameplay experiences.
Implement game features, systems, and mechanics based on project requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issues to ensure a smooth user experience.
Provide technical guidance to junior developers and conduct code reviews.
Optimize code to ensure games run efficiently across multiple platforms.
Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
Contribute innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions to enhance gameplay.

Qualifications :

4+ years of professional experience in game development, specializing in Cocos Creator or Cocos2d-x.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript.

Experience in mobile and web game development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality games.

Knowledge of game optimization techniques and best practices.

Experience using version control systems like Git.

Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with cross-functional departments.

Experience mentoring junior developers.

Knowledge of C++ or other programming languages is a plus.

Familiarity with additional game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine is an advantage.
