Your Key Accountabilities :

  • Oversee competitive bidding processes and ensure timely tender awards.
  • Minimize Value of Variation Orders, extension of time claims, and ensure timely completion of final accounts.
  • Control and monitor project costs, ensuring budgets are maintained from inception to completion.
  • Evaluate contractors' bids, provide price competitiveness analysis, and monitor costs of major cost elements.
  • Lead and manage a team of consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and health regulations throughout project implementation.
  • Review and finalize project documentation, including final accounts, accurately and promptly.
  • Provide strategic input to optimize project cost efficiency and maintain quality outcomes.

What We're Looking For :

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Technology, and other relevant fields.
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Experienced in a consultancy firm or property developer managing commercial / property investment projects is an added advantage.
  • Able to work under pressure and ability to deliver assignments within the committed deadline.
  • Possess good leadership skills to be able to lead and manage a team of consultants to achieve desired results.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
