Role Responsibilities

User Access & Compliance

• Manage access controls, conduct regular reviews, and liaise with auditors to ensure regulatory alignment. Service Request & Incident Management
• Oversee intake and resolution of user requests, monitor SLAs, and drive root-cause fixes with IT. Service Performance & Metrics
• Define and report on service KPIs, build dashboards, and partner with IT to enhance performance. Audit & Risk Support
• Provide operational support for audits, maintain control evidence, and coordinate timely remediation. Change & Release Management
• Support Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) upgrades and releases, ensuring smooth transitions and effective user communication. Service Governance
• Own SLA governance, advocate for service improvements, and ensure accountability across teams. Role Requirement

A degree in Information Systems, Business, Data Management, or a related field. Proven experience in data operations, service management, or business / IT support. Strong grasp of enterprise data warehouse environments and access management. Skilled in SLA governance, performance reporting, and audit / compliance support. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Bonus Points If You Have

Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks. Experience in regulated industries like banking, FMCG, or healthcare. Exposure to data governance, metadata, or data quality practices.
