Senior Kotlin & Flutter Developers

Penerangan pekerjaanDesign and develop backend applications using Kotlin and / or Java Springboot Webflux. Responsible for timely documentation of technical design and specifications in accordance with the business specifications. Ensure timely completion of application coding within project schedule. Compliance of development functions to System Development Guideline and Standards. Quality in development and implementation in fulfilling system specifications and user requirements. Collaborate with other frontend developers and other external parties during the development lifecycle. Software development fundamentals, including build and unit tests, troubleshooting, and version control. Work closely in a cross-functional team with members of other groups in the business to deliver fixes and features on time and on budget. Provide advice on mobile development related issues to the rest of the business. Perform PR reviews and communicate your work to the wider development team. Mentor more junior team members and manage feature delivery and release for your team. Provide input into architecture and specification. Maintain toolsets and deployment pipelines. Write about our work for external audiences (blogs, white papers, etc.). Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent. Experience in cross-platform mobile applications development. Good understanding and experience in microservice architecture and cloud development. Experience in DEVSECOPS methodology practices and tools. Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Good verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines. Familiar with and / or have experience with Agile development projects. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience in Insurance Industry is an added advantage. Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Kotlin and Springboot Webflux for backend service development. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software development in Flutter. Ability to work on iOS or Android development (preferably both).
