Responsibilities

• Provide research and prototyping assistance for NPI project involving plastic, sheet metal, machining, optical, thermal and mechanism parts.
• Assist in finalizing parts specification, BOM and 3D & 2D drawings.
• Participate in design analysis, root causing, CAE simulation, DFM, DFMEA and design enhancement tasks.
• Involve in solving engineering problem and participate in various engineering evaluation, safety, and reliability tests.
• Contribute to design, value engineering and productivity improvement.
• Possess good understanding of fundamental physical theories and general engineering principles.
