We are EastTechConnect, a recruiting agency that bridges top-tier talent with exciting career opportunities in IT, FinTech, EdTech, Marketplaces, and Telecom sectors.

We are currently looking for a Telemarketing specialist based in Malaysia to join a growing international iGaming project.

Qualifications & experience

At least a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Excellent communication skills and a high literacy rate
A high-performance computer and a stable Internet connection is required
Experience working in telemarketing, sales, customer support, or any other related field will be a plus.

Job responsibilities

Handle cold and warm leads, including lead generation and prospecting

Work with CRM systems to manage and track leads

Conduct cold calls to potential clients

Support product development for the Malaysia GEO

Collaborate with other departments as needed

Prepare and maintain reports and documentation

Benefits & details

Salary : $600 per month, with KPI bonuses after the probation period.

Work schedule : 5 days a week, from 3 PM to 10 PM Malaysia time.

Fully remote.
