Part-Time TikTok Live Content Moderator (Night Shift)

Company : Songket Dunia

Job Type : Part-time / Contract

Location : Wangsa Maju / KLCC, Kuala Lumpur

Pay : RM30 per month (fixed stipend)

About the Role

Help keep our TikTok Live sessions safe and friendly every night. You'll watch the live chat, remove harmful content, and follow clear guidelines.

What You'll Do

Moderate TikTok Live chat in real time (reply / mute / block / report as needed).
Remove spam, harassment, sexual content, and scams per our policy.
Escalate urgent issues (minors, self-harm, threats, doxxing).
Record simple notes (timestamps / screenshots) after each live.

Requirements

Languages : Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Schedule : Minimum 3 hours per night, every night.

Fast, accurate decision-making and calm communication.

Reliable internet, laptop / desktop, and a quiet workspace.

Comfortable handling sensitive content; able to follow an NDA.

Nice to Have

Experience in content moderation or community management.

Familiarity with TikTok Live tools and features.

Job Types : Part-time, Contract

Contract length : 2 months

Pay : RM30.00 per hour

Expected hours : 21 per week

Work Location : In person
