Job Description
- Lead analytics projects aimed at enhancing SPX key performance
- Evaluate and define business metrics, oversee the development and maintenance of comprehensive reports and dashboards to support the Operation team's ongoing and future needs
- Manage ad-hoc data requests through an efficient ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Lead the effort to communicate with stakeholders regularly to ensure seamless data and information flow from ideation to execution, tracking, and evaluation.
- Participate in strategic projects with operational teams and provide data and insights to support decision-making.
- Lead and mentor a team of Business intelligence professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Business Intelligence team
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities in data analysis, reporting, and project management.
