QA Engineer

Join our team as a QA Engineer and play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our processes, materials, and products.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the Quality Manager in implementing Quality Management System requirements for existing and new products.
• Conduct inspections of all incoming and outgoing materials, as well as in-process QA checks.
• Identify, report, and help resolve defects and rework issues while tracking wastages for continuous improvement.
• Perform sample testing, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Work with the process team to investigate root causes of defects and drive preventive measures.
• Ensure BOM (Bill of Materials) verification accuracy and compliance.
• Respond to NCR (Non-Conformance Reports) and CFR (Corrective Feedback Reports) within 24 hours.
• Produce professional documentation and communicate effectively with customers, clients, and stakeholders.
