Job Purpose
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Key Account Executive to drive the growth and performance of our key pharmacy partners. This role is crucial in strengthening our presence in the market through strategic customer management, effective trade execution, and collaborative partnership building.
Key Responsibilities
: Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit targets in line with company objectives.
: Manage the end-to-end business operations of assigned key accounts and retail outlets, including sales forecasting, performance tracking, and issue resolution.
: Develop and implement account plans that align with brand and business strategies to grow share of shelf, market presence, and revenue.
: Lead, guide, and motivate a team of merchandisers or consumer advisors to ensure effective in-store execution, visibility, and brand representation.
: Plan, coordinate, and evaluate trade promotions, ensuring ROI and alignment with account needs and consumer behavior.
: Build strong customer relationships through negotiation of trading terms and collaboration on joint business plans and in-store initiatives.
: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and channel developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
: Prepare accurate and timely reports on sales performance, stock levels, and promotional effectiveness to inform decision-making.
