Your Role and Responsibilities

• Focus on Contract Management including redlining and reviewing IPS BPO client’s Contract Terms & Conditions
• Execute low‑value sourcing activities (Tactical Buying)
• Create global agreements with awarded suppliers with guidance from Senior Sourcing Professionals
• Engage with clients to gather requirements, conduct BU interviews, and present event outcomes & supplier scoring
• Manage NDA / CDA agreements with suppliers before handing off to Sourcing Analyst for creation
• Prepare cost models (cost structures) for sourcing projects
• Provide data for Supplier Performance Management and collaborate with Senior Sourcing Professionals for BU / supplier presentations
• Work with Sourcing Analysts on Supplier Scorecard calculations and BU communications
• Conduct supplier financial health analysis and reporting for moderate complexity cases
• Support middle and back‑office procurement tasks as required, based on complexity
• Apply market intelligence and supplier identification insights from Senior Sourcing Professionals to sourcing activities
