Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times. Assist with receiving and storing ingredients, ensuring they are fresh and properly stored. Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen. Assist in the preparation and execution of daily menu items and special dishes. Ensure all dishes are presented to the highest standard before serving. Take part in on-the-job training to expand cooking techniques and knowledge of kitchen operations.
