Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or data science roles. Strong proficiency in SQL, Python (or R), and Looker / LookML. Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, particularly BigQuery. Skilled in building and presenting compelling data stories to non-technical leadership. Experience in digital commerce, gaming, fintech, or transactional platforms is highly preferred. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to mentor, lead initiatives, and drive analytics strategy is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and execute analytics strategy across product, operations, fraud, marketing, and payments teams.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Looker / LookML.
- Analyze user behavior, transaction trends, and operational performance using BigQuery and other GCP tools.
- Provide actionable data insights and clearly present findings and recommendations to management and senior stakeholders.
- Support fraud detection and transaction risk analysis through data modeling and monitoring.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business and product teams to drive data-informed decisions.
- Mentor junior analysts and foster a culture of data excellence across the organization.
