Assistant Manager - Regional Recruitment at TG Malaysia | APAC Talent Acquisition Leader | Driving Cross-Border Hiring Strategies

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Senior .NET & ReactJS Developer to lead our development team. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in .NET and ReactJS , excellent problem-solving skills, and experience in leading projects and mentoring team members . You’ll oversee the entire development lifecycle — from planning and design to delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes that align with business goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET technologies.
  • Contribute to frontend development and user interface enhancements using ReactJS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate frontend components with server-side logic.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications.
  • Manage code reviews, debugging, and unit testing to ensure clean, high-quality code.
  • Oversee databases to design and manage data storage solutions effectively.
  • Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and production issues in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications and development processes.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience related.
  • Proven experience with C#, .NET Framework / Core, and ReactJS.
  • Strong skills in ASP.NET Core Web API, RESTful services, and SQL databases.
  • Hands‑on with Entity Framework Core or Dapper, and Git / GitHub.
  • Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and software architecture.
  • Experienced in leading teams, making technical decisions, and managing projects.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

    • Preferred Skills (Good to have)

  • Familiar with Agile / Scrum, DevOps, CI / CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (Azure / AWS).
  • Strong focus on performance optimization and system scalability.
