Systems Administrator (Microsoft Azure Cloud) - Immediate Hiring

We are seeking an System Administrator (AZURE Cloud) to join our dynamic ICT team and provide administration and operational support for our critical systems. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high availability, troubleshooting incidents, and implementing preventive measures to ensure a stable and efficient IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for setup, maintenance and architecture of Cloud platform and environment.
• Understand, implement, and automate security controls, governance processes, and compliance validation.
• Deploy networking and securing technologies in cloud environments.
• Monitor platform and identify performance issues proactively.
• Provide operational support based on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure the smooth functioning of critical systems / Servers.
• Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis for incidents, implementing corrective and preventive actions to minimize downtime and enhance performance.
• Maintain High Availability of Servers and Systems to meet the demands of our operations.
• Follow patch management practices and deploy patches to keep our systems up to date and secure.
• Conduct periodic reviews as per internal policies to assess the effectiveness of our infrastructure and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and vendors, actively participating in new IT project meetings and discussions.
