Responsibilities and Scopes (Chinese Speaker required)

Prepare / update Work Instruction to Production.

Issue ECN as per customer request to change.

Prepare First Article sample and report.

Provide training for technician.

Establish defect criteria or check points for new or modified model.

Cordinate with customer on the transfer of new or modified model for production start up.

Ensure that customer products are verified in accrodance to the specification during sample submission and mass production.

Follow up and monitor daily routine maintenance job if Technician not around.

Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs

Predictive Maintenance for machinery.

Monitor and update all maintenance documents accordingly.

Perform equipment preventive maintenance activities.

Liase with production supervisor to improve production efficiency and quality.

Responsible to maintain machine / jig spare parts.

Work on continual improvement plans to improve production output and quality.

Understanding ISO 9001 : 2015 & IATF 16949 : 2016 requirement.

Maintain and retain all quality report related to the department.

Ensure good housekeeping and maintain 5S at Workspace.

To perform other jobs deemed necessary by management.

Job Competency

Min Diploma in Engineering field or with 3 years working experience in the same environment.

Willing to work extra hours.

Able to communicate with all department and level.

Able to communicate or writing in Bahasa and English.

Computer literate and able to know and use basic Microsoft Office software.
