The company is a MNC of footwear retailer with over 5,300 stores in more than 70 countries. It offers stylish, comfortable, and affordable shoes for all ages, along with accessories and leather goods.

Job Scope

  • Act as a liaison between the headquarters and the area's branches by making regular visits and interacting with management.
  • Ensure that all business operations are done in accordance with company standards.
  • Setting regional goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections (KPI involving Sales Target, ATV, UPT, ASP, Footfall, and Conversion Rate).
  • Ensuring that marketing efforts are consistent across each store.
  • Coordinate with report and make recommendations to senior management to increase market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
  • Ensure that each store delivers value and excellence to the clients.
  • Apply innovative approaches and techniques to keep updated with competition

Requirements :

  • Preferably Operation Executives specializing in Sales - Retail / General in Fashion Industry / Footwear / Chain Store Retailer and Franchising

    • Job Details

  • Salary : Up to RM6,000 (Negotiable depending on experience)
  • Travelling allowance : up to RM1,200 (depending on locations)
  • Incentive : entitled based on campaign
  • Bonus : subject to performance
  • Benefits : medical, dental, optical, birthday leave, staff vouchers
  • Employment Status : Permanent Hiring

    Pay : Up to RM6,000.00 per month

  • Have you set and managed sales targets or revenue projections for multiple outlets before? (Yes / No)
  • Have you managed store audits, compliance checks, and operational standards across multiple locations? (Yes / No)
  • Do you have experience in coordinating marketing efforts across branches to ensure consistency? (Yes / No)
  • How comfortable are you with coaching, training, and guiding store managers to improve performance?
  • Are you open to frequent travel across multiple stores? (Yes / No)

  • STM / STPM (Preferred)
