Job Title : Senior Motion Designer (2D / 3D)
We’re looking for a Senior Motion Designer with exceptional technical skills in 2D and 3D motion graphics and a passion for crafting high-quality, visually compelling work. In this role, you’ll not only create but also lead and guide a growing team of motion designers , ensuring creative excellence across multiple ongoing projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 4–5 motion designers (with potential growth to 6–8).
- Design and produce high-quality 2D and 3D motion graphics for a wide range of creative projects.
- Oversee 2–3 projects simultaneously , ensuring consistency, visual quality, and on-time delivery.
- Collaborate closely with company directors to bring creative concepts to life and push visual boundaries.
- Provide creative direction, feedback, and technical support to the motion design team.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, tools, and technologies to elevate team capabilities.
