Job Description

Prepare Mise en Place 3-day advance in a proper manner following production plan.

Ensure practise the right method of cleaning and cutting of raw materials.

Prepare and accommodate all daily food products and guests' requests.

Ensure food items are properly stored and apply FIFO system.

Job Requirements

Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in healthcare or hospitality industry.

Basic knowledge of HALAL, HACCP and Food Safety. Has valid Typhoid Vaccine and Food Handling Course Certificate.

Willing to 6 days per week including weekends and public holidays.
