Penerangan pekerjaan
  • Updating and issuing Sales Invoices, Debit Notes, and Credit Notes.
  • Updating daily and monthly sales reports.
  • Updating of collection, knock off and customer aging.
  • Assisting with other accounting tasks.
  • Providing administrative support to the team, including filing, recording, and ad-hoc tasks.
  • Handling any ad-hoc tasks assigned by your superior.
  • Requirements :

    • Minimum Diploma in Accounting or a related field.
    • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Accounting Software.
    • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin speaking will be an added advantage.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
    • Positive attitude, willingness to learn new skills, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
    • Job Type : Full-time

      Pay : RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
