Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. SQL, SAP, Oracle, or similar). Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities :
- Handle daily accounting operations including data entry, invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, management accounts, and financial statements.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Monitor and ensure timely collection of receivables and settlement of payables.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of all financial records.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in financial systems and processes.
