Shared Services - Senior Finance Executive (Cross Border)

Role : Shared Services - Senior Finance Executive (Cross Border) at Ninja Van. This role reports to the Finance Lead and focuses on cross-border billing, receipts, collections, and related controls across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Process billing and receipts from resellers across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial operations.
• Billing and collection from resellers in an efficient and timely manner; maintain accuracy in billing and reconciliation against Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Follow up on billing and AR collections for Cross Border to maintain low DSO; accrue revenue and reconcile AR and collections.
• Collaborate with country finance teams and the Regional team on Cross Border billing and collection; provide services support to business stakeholders and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Maintain a robust controls environment; ensure compliance with financial regulations and finance policies; support the annual audit process and respond to local audit queries.
• Identify, propose and implement process improvements and automation; support or lead ad hoc projects.
• Follow standard operating procedures to complete daily operational tasks in line with SLAs; perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
