About the role

sol international' is seeking a talented Live streamer and admin support to join our dynamic team in Pelangi Johor. As a Live streamer and admin support, you will play a crucial role in engaging with our customers and promoting our products through captivating live streams. This full-time position offers the opportunity to be part of an innovative company that is at the forefront of the industry.

What you'll be doing

Hosting engaging and informative live streams to showcase our products and services
Providing excellent customer service and responding to queries and comments during live streams
Maintaining and updating our online platforms, including social media and e-commerce channels
Assisting with administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the business
Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective content strategies
Continuously learning and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in live streaming and e-commerce

What we're looking for

Proven experience in live streaming, content creation, or e-commerce

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage and connect with audiences

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to handle various administrative responsibilities

Proficiency in relevant software and platforms, such as live streaming tools, social media, and content management systems
