Site Reliability Engineer (Windows)

Penerangan pekerjaanAt least 5 years of hands‑on experience as an SRE, Wintel Engineer, or in a similar role. Expertise in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, Bash, or comparable languages. Experience with Wintel platforms; on‑premise experience is a plus. Strong understanding of networking concepts (DNS, TCP, IP, routing) and Windows Server core services such as AD, GPO, Registry Keys, Sysinternals, etc. Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks such as Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS Lambda, etc. Certifications in Microsoft Windows Server, security, or related infrastructure are advantageous. Shift rotation required, with extra compensation. Ability to speak and converse in both English and Chinese.

- Ensure high availability and performance of Windows infrastructure, applications, and services.
- Design, architect, and implement Windows AD policies, optimization, and hardening in the Windows environment.
- Automate repetitive tasks, workflows, and deployments using scripting.
- Deploy observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch, etc.) for system health monitoring.
- Manage workload patching strategies.
- Provide technical guidance and support across the internal team.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional business unit teams to ensure the process aligns with organizational standards.
