Job Summary

The Office Administrator is responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Genting Energy office, administrative support services, and workplace maintenance, while managing support staff and coordinating company events and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

Office Facilities & Maintenance

  • Oversee overall cleanliness and upkeep of the 21st floor office.
  • Manage office equipment and furniture (e.g., photocopiers, shredders, etc.).
  • Monitor and replenish office stationaries and pantry supplies (e.g., Nescafe, Milo).

Company Vehicle Management

  • Coordinate annual insurance and road tax renewals.
  • Schedule and track vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Monitor vehicle usage and maintain drivers' log books.
  • Event Coordination

  • Plan and organize company events such as Annual Dinner, Charity Bazaar, Team Building, and office celebrations (e.g., birthdays, staff lunches).
  • Licensing & Tenancy

  • Manage premise licenses for Genting Energy companies.
  • Oversee office tenancy agreements and renewals.
  • Office Maintenance Services

  • Coordinate servicing of air purifier, water dispensers, coffee machines.
  • Schedule office sanitization and pest control services.
  • ESG Awareness

  • Promote Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives within the office.
  • Security & Access

  • Manage office keys for rooms and cabinets.
  • Act as Floor Warden for emergency preparedness.
  • Administrative Support

  • Raise PR / PO in SAP system for payment processing.
  • Coordinate uniforms for tea lady and drivers (annually).
  • Monitor office utility bills (e.g., Maxis phone lines).
  • Perform other related duties or ad hoc duties as and when assigned.

    Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • years of experience in office administration or facilities management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
