We are seeking an experienced web developer to join our team of innovators and thinkers. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of React and NodeJs and its ecosystem, with a proven track record of developing high-performance, scalable web applications and deploying complex web applications. Your primary focus will involve leading the design and implementation of complex UI interfaces, mentoring your junior web developers, innovating on the edge of modern web technologies and driving deliverables to completion. Responsibilities

• Involve in architecting and implementing web systems that leverage modern web technologies and practices for high scalability, efficiency, and performance.
• Implement responsive and adaptive designs to ensure a seamless user experience across various devices and browsers.
• Ensure code quality, sustainability, and maintainability by conducting thorough code reviews and integrating best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, implement and deploy new features and applications.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability, addressing any scalability and reliability issues in client-side architecture.
• Mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and promoting best practices to elevate team expertise and cohesion.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and frameworks in web development. Evaluating and adopting them as appropriate to enhance our goals and needs.
• Lead troubleshooting and debugging efforts, ensuring robustness and stability across all web applications.
