Recognized as Dealer of the Year by Volvo Car Malaysia in 2020 and 2021, SISMA Auto is expanding its Volvo business with a new 50,000 square foot flagship Volvo 3S facility in Sungai Besi, slated to commence operations by the end of 2022. The Service Centre is located at Glenmarie, Shah Alam, offering Volvo owners the convenience of drop-off services, in-person visits, or a signature concierge service for home or office pick-up.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored Volvo solutions. Daily tasks include consulting with potential and existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and representing the Volvo brand with professionalism. The Sales Consultant will also handle follow-ups, manage customer relationships, and collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
