Operations Executive (Non-Halal Industry)

Assist Operations manager to manage operations team.

Prepare and issue invoice.

Liaise with customer on order placement.

Check, receive and prepare goods.

Identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Operations manager.

Job Requirement :

• SPM / STPM or Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
• Preferably with 2 years of working experience in related field.
• Able to start in short notice is an advantage.
• Able to work on shift basis and do overtime (when needed).
• Self-motivated, meticulous and able to work independently.
• Candidate must be able to work in NON-HALAL INDUSTRY.
