Responsibilities

  • System monitoring : Oversee automated processes to ensure they are running correctly and within established parameters, by monitoring control systems and CCTV cameras.
  • Performance analysis : Analyze process data to identify deviations from the desired setpoint and determine the necessary adjustments to minimize the difference (error).
  • Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve technical problems within the control systems and automated machinery.
  • System optimization : Develop, implement, and maintain process control recipes, control logic, and alarming to enhance efficiency.
  • Project involvement : Participate in projects to upgrade and maintain systems, and assist in the rollout of testing for new products and services.
  • Documentation : Document all initiatives, systems, and processes to support new projects and maintain a record of operational procedures.
  • Collaboration : Work with engineering, technicians, and other support teams to meet production, quality, and cost‑saving goals.
  • Continuous improvement : Evaluate current testing methods and identify new, more efficient methods to keep pace with technological advancements.

Requirements

  • Technical skills : A degree in a relevant field like engineering, computer science, or a related area is often required.
  • Problem‑solving : Ability to identify and resolve technical issues, often with an understanding of how to use complex and precise measuring instruments.
  • Analytical skills : Strong capability to analyze data, understand control loop feedback, and tune control parameters (like PID tuning) to optimize performance.
  • Soft skills : Excellent interpersonal and team‑building skills, along with the flexibility and adaptability to manage change effectively.
  • Attention to detail : Must be able to monitor systems and logs closely to catch issues before they become critical.

    FWK Industry Sdn Bhd (formerly known as FWK Consultant Sdn Bhd) was established in 1998 with its core business being provision of consultation services in turnkey project for the manufacturing of latex / nitrile dipped products; gloves, balloons and condoms.

    Following the successful completion of these projects, the company expanded its activities to include design, fabrication and installation of glove dipping machines to support its customers to expand their businesses. FWK has installed over 20 dipping machines in Malaysia, Indonesia and Sri Lanka.

    In 2009, FWK ventured into the manufacturing of foam latex nylon glove.

    With its vast experience and knowledge in the glove business; having the ability to design and fabricate its own dipping machine, FWK is poised to become a competitive and excellent quality glove manufacturer.
