Communication expertise : Excellent communicator capable of engaging with both clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Technical knowledge : Familiarity with BACnet and building automation is advantageous, but not mandatory. Travel readiness : Willing and able to travel within Malaysia when required to support various projects and client needs. Language proficiency : Fluent in Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and clients in the region. What you'll be doing?
- Lead maintenance operations : Oversee and optimize all service and maintenance activities for BMS and EMS, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Manage field teams : Lead scheduling of preventive, predictive, and curative maintenance, while coordinating field teams and maintaining comprehensive service documentation.
- Develop client relationships : Create and manage maintenance contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs), fostering strong partnerships with clients.
- Collaborate across departments : Work closely with R&D and operations teams to enhance product serviceability and improve overall system performance.
- Monitor performance : Track key performance indicators such as system uptime, resolution times, and customer feedback to continually improve service quality.
- Mentor and train : Provide guidance, training, and evaluation for service technicians, fostering a skilled and motivated team.
- Manage resources : Oversee budgets, spare parts ordering, and vendor relations to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
- Ensure safety : Implement and maintain safety compliance and best practices across all service and maintenance activities.
