Overview We\u2019re looking for a

Continuous Improvement Executive

who\u2019s passionate about driving operational excellence and process innovation in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Guide Lean Six Sigma project leaders, ensuring effective use of DMAIC methodology and tools.

Facilitate workshops and Kaizen activities to identify improvement opportunities and lead teams to project success.

Promote and embed a strong continuous improvement culture across the organization.

Act as a subject matter expert for Lean Six Sigma training and application support.

Support and coach Green Belt candidates through certification.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver 314 CI project waves annually.

Report on KPIs related to Lean Six Sigma to ensure consistent performance tracking and improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Green Belt certified (a must).

Minimum 3 years of experience in a process manufacturing environment (e.g. production, process, or industrial engineering roles).

Proven track record of executing continuous improvement projects with measurable impact.

Strong data analysis skills using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Minitab.

Effective communicator with the ability to engage teams and collaborate across all levels, including HODs.

Analytical, proactive, and always eager to learn and improve.
