functional SME ; the role is

70% leadership, 30% functional knowledge . Communication : Excellent written and verbal skills to liaise with multiple sites and prioritize urgent issues. Experience level : Target candidates with ~5–7 years of total experience (not senior veterans with 15–20 years). Industry exposure : Manufacturing and / or R&D background would be ideal for this role. 3. Working Arrangement Standard hours :

8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM . Global support may require flexibility (occasional after-hours for urgent issues in Europe & else than APAC). Shift patterns within the team :

6 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM 12 : 00 PM – 9 : 00 PM
