Customer Success Associate (Remote)

Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Customer Success Associate. The Customer Success Associate will be responsible for analysing customer spending behavior, planning initiatives for retention and upselling, and leading programs to drive these initiatives. Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing customer data, collaborating with internal teams and responding to customer inquiries with the goal of enhancing the customer experience.

Customer Engagement, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills

Experience in Customer Retention strategies and practices

Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting customer data and feedback

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and remotely

Experience with Google Cloud solutions is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

0 - 2 years of working experience

Willingness to travel to Singapore when needed (about once a quarter)
