Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kuala Lumpur for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for demonstrating the features and benefits of our products to potential clients, providing technical support, and assisting in the implementation of our solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting product presentations, offering pre-sales and post-sales support, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that will enhance product reach and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge in lower limb robotics, gait training, and TeleRehabilitation solutions
• Experience in pre-sales and post-sales support, including troubleshooting and technical assistance
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address client needs
• Prior experience in the medical or rehabilitation technology industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
