Penerangan pekerjaanTo liaise with vendors on stock and non-stock purchasing and follow up on delivery status and update respective parties. Prepare purchase order, to verify specification of purchase orders by referring to negotiation with vendor on quotation and payment terms. Upon receipt of purchasing requisition, verify supplier and price to ensure the purchase is at the most competitive price. Input data into SAP system and manage complete documentation. Manage Approved supplier list. To assist and execute any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, or equivalent.
- Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
- Preferably familiar with SAP system program.
- At least 2 year (s) of working experience as a purchaser or similar role. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors).
- Ideally candidate with a well understanding of supply chain procedures.
Job specialization as follows :
To carry out full spectrum of raw materials purchasing, sourcing new supplier, negotiating prices, releasing purchase orders, expediting order and delivery confirmation.
