Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to : Monitor and reconcile transitory accounts, payment providers, bank accounts, general ledger, and customer accounts to identify discrepancies. Perform daily reconciliation of cash applications, credit card transactions, and bank transactions, including EGC and vouchers. Assist in resolving discrepancies related to customer payments and accounts. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and financial documents. Collaborate with the local finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards, as well as with store staff and the client service team. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to billing and payments. Support month-end closing activities and reporting. Prepare documentation for audits as required. Perform ad hoc tasks and provide backup support as needed, along with other accounting duties as assigned. About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following : 2+ years of experience in a similar role and understanding of accounting principles Fluent in English and Mandarin language skills to support the language specific market (reading, writing and speaking) Excellent communicator who can adapt to different audiences Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records Data entry skills along with a passion for working with numbers Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and standard software tools Proficiency in MS Office and ideally knowledge in SAP High degree of accuracy and attention to detail “Getting things done” and service orientated attitude combined with the ability to communicate and explain procedures and solution proposals to partners Excellent cooperation skills Continuous improvement mindset, process orientation and a solution orientated work approach What we offer
