Penerangan pekerjaanRecognized Diploma / Degree / professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in a Private Equity (PE) or Venture Capital (VC) fund management company, or within a financial institution (bank, securities firm, etc.). Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
Job Title : Investment Administrator
Location : Menara IMC, Kuala Lumpur
Company Background : A reputable Investment Company specializing in private equity and venture capital fund management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage investment administration processes, including fund operations, reporting, and compliance.
- Support financial reporting, accounting, and reconciliation for portfolio investments.
- Liaise with external auditors, fund administrators, and tax advisors.
- Track and monitor portfolio performance, capital calls, and distributions.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
- Prepare investment reports and presentations for management.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support efficient investment operations.
