About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team at LEESONMECH ENGINEERING (M) SDN. BHD. in Subang Jaya, Selangor. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring the smooth execution of customer orders. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company.

What you'll be doing

Coordinate and manage customer orders from initial inquiry to final delivery
Liaise with customers to understand their requirements and provide updates on order status
Collaborate with the sales team to prepare quotations, contracts, and other sales-related documents
Maintain accurate records of customer information, orders, and sales activities
Assist with the processing of invoices, payments, and other financial transactions
Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in record-keeping and data entry

Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to identify and resolve issues

Proven customer service orientation and a willingness to go the extra mile to meet customer needs
