Inventory Team Leader - DC Malaysia

Skills I need to perform are :

• Coach team on safe behaviours; Respond to, report and investigate hazards, near-misses and incidents.
• Coordinate the function's team, tasks, resources and eqipment to deliver accurate and efficient performance.
• Respond to team queries and solve problems that affect function performance
• Monitor and update others on KPI performance; Take operational action to influence cost / productivity metrics.
• Assist my leader with resource strategies and rostering; Inspect team member schedule adherence.
• Collaborate across functions to deliver effective end-to-end operations.
• Demonstrate reliability, efficiency and attention to detail
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment would be beneficial, however not essential.
• Capability to safely perform repetitive tasks including repetitive lifting of weights up to 15kg
• Capability to safely walk approximately 8km per shift
