Requirements
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in logistics / warehousing, preferably in the food manufacturing or frozen food industry.
Knowledge of cold chain logistics, HACCP, GMP, Halal standards, and ISO is required.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin proficiency will be an added advantage).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics / ERP systems.
Willing to work in a manufacturing environment and flexible with extended / shift hours if required.
Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and monitor the daily operations of logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
Ensure compliance with cold chain management, halal standards, and food safety regulations.
Coordinate transportation and delivery schedules to meet customer and production requirements.
Monitor inventory levels, stock rotation (FIFO / FEFO), and storage capacity in cold rooms.
Manage relationships with transporters, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Implement cost control strategies to improve logistics efficiency.
Oversee documentation for customs clearance, permits, and regulatory compliance (where applicable).
Lead, train, and supervise the logistics team to achieve operational KPIs.
Prepare logistics performance reports and recommend improvements.
Support audits related to logistics, food safety, and compliance standards.
