Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in logistics / warehousing, preferably in the food manufacturing or frozen food industry.
  • Knowledge of cold chain logistics, HACCP, GMP, Halal standards, and ISO is required.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin proficiency will be an added advantage).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics / ERP systems.
  • Willing to work in a manufacturing environment and flexible with extended / shift hours if required.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and monitor the daily operations of logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Ensure compliance with cold chain management, halal standards, and food safety regulations.
  • Coordinate transportation and delivery schedules to meet customer and production requirements.
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock rotation (FIFO / FEFO), and storage capacity in cold rooms.
  • Manage relationships with transporters, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Implement cost control strategies to improve logistics efficiency.
  • Oversee documentation for customs clearance, permits, and regulatory compliance (where applicable).
  • Lead, train, and supervise the logistics team to achieve operational KPIs.
  • Prepare logistics performance reports and recommend improvements.
  • Support audits related to logistics, food safety, and compliance standards.
