Overview The Data Operations Analyst is responsible for instructions of client deliverables, coding and data input validation focusing on specific industry / category or set of categories. To create and deliver client outputs in a correct and timely manner.
Responsibilities
Be the contact for commercial queries, leading the resolution in a client-focused and timely manner in cooperation with Client Liaison and Commercial teams. To be able to identify, investigate and coordinate the resolution of data, process, or product related queries
Plan and execute a complex daily personal workload and support to meet departmental and company schedules
Analyze and identify gaps and areas for improvement in coding, data input validation and client instructions environments
(CIP - Consumer Information Platform) and drive the convergence of processes and tools
Providing accurate and timely feedback to respective country teams, driving SOP and use of best-demonstrated practices
Working across relevant Operations / Enablement teams to ensure delivery to client expectations and satisfaction
Operate in a virtual / multi-cultural environment, liaising with stakeholders and colleagues
This role is to support Taiwan / Hong Kong Market.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma
in a related field
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience
in operational areas are welcome to apply
Excellent organizational skills
and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while meeting deadlines
High level of accuracy, attention to detail,
and a proactive approach to work
Strong project management skills,
including task sequencing, understanding of critical paths, and problem-solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in
English and Chinese (Mandatory)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel ; familiarity with VLOOKUP, charts, spreadsheets, and tables is required
Additional Information
Normally Team is coverage(include but not limited) :
Team will receiving the data from the retailer itself
Need to clean it-to match our internal system formatting ( have different format from retailers)-internally we called ID-Reference Data
NOT DATA INSIGHTS POSITIONS AND LANGUAGE SKILLS IS MUST BE BOTH ENGLISH AND MANDARIAN DUE TO WORK NEED BASE.
