In this full-time role, you will provide crucial administrative support to our legal professionals, ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing

• Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to legal teams, including drafting correspondence, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
• Maintaining thorough and accurate electronic and physical filing systems for legal documents
• Liaising with clients, external parties, and other departments to facilitate seamless communication
• Undertaking research and data entry tasks to support the firm's legal work
• Assisting with the preparation of legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and court submissions
• Offering exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
